PATIENT GUIDE

Working with
your biology.

Regenerative care is designed to support the body's own restorative processes.

At Vivier, we bring together platelet-rich plasma, microneedling, copper-peptide support, and selected peptide protocols to address skin quality, tissue health, physical recovery, and visible signs of aging.

Every treatment begins with a clinical evaluation. We consider your health history, biology, concerns, and long-term goals before determining which therapies — if any — belong in your plan.

No single therapy is appropriate for everyone. Recommendations are based on clinical need, treatment goals, available evidence, and individual risk factors.

PRP by treatment area

  • Undereye
  • Face
  • Neck
  • Face and neck
  • Hands
  • Décolleté

Which areas are appropriate, and in what order, is decided in consultation. Listing them is not an offer to treat any of them.

What it isPotential benefitsCommon candidates
UndereyeThe undereye area contains some of the thinnest and most delicate skin on the body. PRP is carefully placed beneath the eyes to support tissue quality and gradual remodeling.
  • Thin or crepey undereye skin
  • Fine lines
  • Mild skin laxity
  • Uneven texture
  • Dark circles associated with thin, translucent skin
PRP cannot correct every cause of dark circles. Pigmentation, allergies, prominent blood vessels, and structural hollowness may require a different approach.
Facewith microneedlingMicroneedling creates controlled microchannels that activate a natural repair response. PRP is then applied or precisely delivered to complement the process and support collagen remodeling.
  • Fine lines
  • Uneven or rough texture
  • Enlarged pores
  • Mild skin laxity
  • Dull or tired-looking skin
  • Certain acne scars
Considered after evaluation of your skin, concerns, and goals, which also determines whether PRP should be incorporated at all.
Neckwith microneedlingThe neck frequently develops visible changes in elasticity and texture. PRP with microneedling is designed to support collagen remodeling within this delicate area.
  • Fine lines
  • Crepey texture
  • Mild skin laxity
  • Uneven texture
Skin here is thinner and more mobile than on the face, so technique and staging are selected for the area rather than carried across from it.
Face and neckA comprehensive regenerative treatment addressing the face and neck together, for a balanced and cohesive result across the two areas.
  • Fine lines
  • Uneven texture
  • Mild skin laxity
  • Crepey skin
  • Dullness
Considered where treating one area alone would leave a visible difference in quality at the jawline.
HandsThe hands are continuously exposed to sunlight and environmental stress, yet are often overlooked in conventional skin care. PRP is used to support tissue quality and a smoother, healthier-looking appearance.
  • Thin or crepey skin
  • Fine lines
  • Loss of elasticity
  • Uneven texture
  • Visible sun-related change
Sun-related change is cumulative, so photoprotection is part of the plan rather than an afterthought to it.
DécolletéThe upper chest, extending from the base of the neck across the collarbones and breastbone. This delicate, sun-exposed area can gradually develop fine lines, uneven texture, and loss of elasticity.
  • Fine lines and crepey texture
  • Mild loss of elasticity
  • Uneven skin texture
  • Visible sun-related change
As with the hands, results are supported by ongoing sun protection between treatments.

Every area listed requires evaluation and screening first, and none of these uses is FDA-approved. Response is gradual and varies by area, baseline tissue quality, and individual biology. A series of treatments may be recommended. Specific techniques, scheduling, and charges are discussed in consultation rather than published here.

HOW IT IS SELECTED

Why we do not offer a peptide catalogue

The right therapy depends on more than a symptom or a goal. A peptide that is appropriate for one person may be unnecessary or inappropriate for another, and availability does not guarantee candidacy.

We do not define advanced medicine by how many emerging therapies we offer. We define it by how thoughtfully those therapies are selected, integrated, and monitored.

BEFORE RECOMMENDING A PEPTIDE, WE CONSIDER:

  • 01Your medical history, and the underlying cause of your concern
  • 02Current medications and supplements, and potential contraindications or interactions
  • 03Laboratory findings, when clinically indicated
  • 04The quality of the available evidence
  • 05Current regulatory and pharmacy availability
  • 06Whether a more established treatment would serve you better

Preserve what supports you.

Longevity is not simply about adding more years — it is about maintaining the quality, strength, and function of the tissues that carry you through them. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out with availability, and what an initial evaluation covers.

Educational use only. This page describes categories of regenerative care; it does not diagnose a condition, recommend a therapy, promise a result, or replace a medical evaluation. Platelet-rich plasma, microneedling with PRP, copper-peptide preparations, and recovery-focused peptides are not FDA-approved for the cosmetic, tissue-repair, or recovery uses discussed here, and evidence quality varies by therapy, by treatment area, and by patient. PRP is not a dermal filler and does not provide volume or structural correction. Response is gradual and variable, and a series of treatments is typical rather than exceptional. Candidacy is determined by clinical screening — including medical history, medications, bleeding and anticoagulation risk, platelet quality, active skin or scalp conditions, infection, and pregnancy status or pregnancy plans. Copper-peptide formulation and route are not interchangeable between topical and injectable preparations. Call 911 for emergencies.
