PATIENT GUIDE

Longevity &
regenerative aesthetics.

Skin and hair reflect what is happening beneath them. We evaluate both as part of your health, not apart from it.

At Vivier, aesthetic care begins with the same question as every other plan: why is this change occurring? Hormonal shifts, metabolic health, nutrient status, sleep, stress, and sun exposure may all influence skin quality and hair health over time.

Where it is appropriate, we combine that evaluation with regenerative treatments designed to support the body's own repair processes — platelet-rich plasma, microneedling, and copper-peptide support — rather than covering visible change.

No treatment is appropriate for everyone. Recommendations are based on your evaluation, your goals, the available evidence, and individual risk factors.

OUR APPROACH

What an aesthetic plan may include

The plan starts with the evaluation, not with the procedure. Which of the following apply to you, and in what order, is decided in consultation.

OUR APPROACH MAY INCLUDE:

  • 01Comprehensive medical and aesthetic evaluation
  • 02Targeted laboratory testing, including hormonal and nutritional assessment, when clinically appropriate
  • 03Platelet-rich plasma, with or without microneedling
  • 04Copper-peptide support, where a preparation is appropriate
  • 05A dedicated hair-loss evaluation and scalp protocol, when hair is the concern
  • 06Baseline photography, progress monitoring, and integration with your broader plan
BOTOX® COSMETIC

Thoughtful treatment. Natural movement. Results that still look like you.

At Vivier Health & Longevity, aesthetic care is not about changing your face or chasing an artificial standard of youth. It is about helping you look refreshed, balanced, and aligned with how you feel.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription neuromodulator that temporarily reduces the muscle activity responsible for dynamic lines — wrinkles that develop through repeated facial expressions such as frowning, smiling, and raising the eyebrows. When placed with precision, it can soften these lines while preserving natural expression.

Why We Offer BOTOX® Cosmetic

Healthy aging includes both how we function and how we feel in our own skin. Although BOTOX® is not a regenerative treatment, it can complement a broader aesthetic plan by addressing the muscular component of facial aging while regenerative and skin-focused therapies address concerns such as skin quality, texture, and collagen support.

Treatment may be considered for:

  • Frown lines between the eyebrows
  • Horizontal forehead lines
  • Crow’s feet
  • Platysmal bands of the neck
  • Masseter prominence associated with muscle activity
  • Other individualized areas identified during consultation

Some treatment areas or uses may be considered off-label. When applicable, this will be discussed during your consultation so that you can make an informed decision.

The Vivier Approach

We do not use a one-size-fits-all injection pattern or automatically treat every visible line. Before recommending treatment, we evaluate your facial anatomy, muscle strength, natural expressions, symmetry, previous treatment response, medical history, medications, and personal goals.

Your treatment plan is then designed around the lowest appropriate, individualized dose needed to achieve a balanced result. Our goal is not to create a frozen appearance. It is to soften excessive muscle activity while maintaining the expressions that make your face uniquely yours.

How Your Treatment Is Monitored

Every treatment begins with a clinical consultation and safety assessment. When appropriate, standardized photographs and facial movement assessments are used to establish a baseline and guide treatment planning.

The product used, treatment areas, number of units, injection pattern, and relevant product information are documented in your medical record. You will also receive clear aftercare instructions and guidance about what to expect as your results develop.

Because neuromodulator effects appear gradually, follow-up may be recommended approximately two weeks after treatment. At that visit, we can assess symmetry, muscle response, movement, and overall satisfaction before determining whether any refinement is clinically appropriate. Your response is also used to guide future treatments, allowing your plan to become increasingly personalized over time.

What Makes Vivier Different

At Vivier, BOTOX® is provided as medical care — not as a rushed, transactional beauty service.

Our approach is distinguished by:

  • A comprehensive consultation before treatment
  • Individualized dosing based on anatomy and muscle activity
  • Conservative placement intended to preserve natural expression
  • Careful documentation and follow-up
  • Attention to facial balance rather than isolated wrinkles
  • Integration with a broader skin-health and healthy-aging plan
  • Long-term continuity with a team that learns how your face responds over time

We will also tell you when BOTOX® is unlikely to address your concern. Lines caused primarily by sun damage, collagen loss, skin laxity, or volume changes may require a different approach — or no treatment at all. An honest recommendation is part of responsible aesthetic medicine.

What to Expect

Treatment is generally brief and requires minimal downtime. Results appear gradually and are temporary. Depending on the treatment area and individual response, results may last several months. Your provider will recommend an appropriate treatment interval based on your response rather than placing you on an automatic schedule.

Begin With a Consultation

Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss what you notice, what you would like to preserve, and what you hope to improve. Together, we will determine whether BOTOX® belongs in your personalized aesthetic plan.

The goal is not to look different. It is to look rested, balanced, and unmistakably yourself.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine. Individual results vary. Treatment may not be appropriate for everyone and requires consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Risks, benefits, alternatives, and applicable FDA-approved or off-label uses will be reviewed before treatment.

Educational use only. This page describes categories of regenerative aesthetic care; it does not diagnose a condition, recommend a therapy, promise a result, or replace a medical evaluation. Platelet-rich plasma, microneedling with PRP, and copper-peptide preparations are not FDA-approved for the cosmetic or hair-restoration uses discussed here, and evidence quality varies by therapy, by treatment area, and by patient. PRP is not a dermal filler and does not provide volume or structural correction. Response is gradual and variable, and a series of treatments is typical rather than exceptional. Hair loss needs its own diagnosis before treatment is selected. Candidacy is determined by clinical screening — including medical history, medications, bleeding and anticoagulation risk, platelet quality, active skin or scalp conditions, infection, and pregnancy status or pregnancy plans. Copper-peptide formulation and route are not interchangeable between topical and injectable preparations. Sudden, patchy, painful, inflamed, or scarring hair loss should be evaluated promptly. BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that carries an FDA boxed warning: the effect of botulinum toxin may spread from the injection site hours to weeks after treatment, causing muscle weakness, double vision, drooping eyelids, hoarseness, or difficulty swallowing, speaking, or breathing — swallowing and breathing difficulties can be life-threatening. Seek medical care immediately if any of these occur. Some treatment areas, including the masseter, are off-label uses. Call 911 for emergencies.
