Wearable health benefit
Every Continuum member receives a wearable health benefit of up to $300 during their first membership year. Members without a compatible wearable may select from Vivier-approved options such as WHOOP, Apple Watch or Garmin; members who already own one may apply the benefit toward an eligible annual subscription or approved device upgrade.

Where every membership begins.
Before selecting a Vivier membership, every prospective member begins with a comprehensive Longevity Consultation.
This 60-minute clinical evaluation allows us to understand your current health, identify your priorities, and determine which level of ongoing care is best suited to your needs. It is a medical consultation — not a membership sales appointment — and there is no obligation to enroll.
ONE-TIME CONSULTATION$500
If you enroll in a Vivier membership within 20 days of your consultation, $250 of your consultation fee will be credited toward your first month of membership.
Your longevity consultation includes
- A comprehensive review of your medical, surgical, and family history
- Review of your current symptoms, health concerns, and previous diagnoses
- Review of medications, supplements, peptides, and hormone therapies
- Review of available laboratory results and relevant health records
- Evaluation of sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, recovery, and daily lifestyle
- Discussion of energy, cognition, metabolic health, hormonal health, and physical performance
- Review of your short- and long-term health goals
- Baseline measurements, including weight, blood pressure, and body mass index
- Body-composition assessment, when available or clinically appropriate
- Identification of additional laboratory testing or diagnostic evaluations that may be appropriate
- Preliminary recommendations and next steps
- Guidance in selecting the Vivier membership that best supports your needs
Laboratory testing
Laboratory testing is not included in the consultation fee. When appropriate, laboratory orders may be submitted through your insurance; coverage remains subject to your individual plan, deductible, and laboratory benefits.
Body-composition testing
Advanced body-composition testing provides insight beyond weight or BMI alone. Depending on availability and clinical appropriateness, testing may evaluate fat mass, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, bone health, and how these measurements change over time.
Your foundation for personalized care
The Longevity Consultation establishes the clinical foundation for your experience at Vivier. It allows your care team to understand where you are today, where you want to go, and how your care should evolve over time.

What your membership does not include
Your Vivier membership covers the ongoing clinical guidance, monitoring, follow-up care, and personalized health-planning services specifically outlined within your selected membership tier.

Unless specifically listed as part of your membership tier, membership fees do not include:
- Laboratory testing
- Diagnostic imaging or testing (aside from the included DEXA scan in membership)
- Prescription medications
- Hormones, peptides, or GLP-1 medications
- IV therapies or wellness injections beyond those specifically included
- PRP or hair-restoration treatments
- Aesthetic or regenerative procedures
- Medical devices, wearables, or outside health assessments beyond any stated membership allowance
- Services or fees charged by external laboratories, imaging centers, pharmacies, specialists, or other third-party providers
Insurance-billable services
Certain medically necessary laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, office services, and treatments may be eligible for submission to your health insurance.
Insurance coverage is determined by your individual plan and may be subject to deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, prior authorization requirements, network restrictions, or denial of coverage. Vivier cannot guarantee that any service will be covered or reimbursed by your insurance carrier.
Services not covered by insurance — or services considered elective, wellness-focused, or outside the benefits of your plan — will be offered at the applicable self-pay or member rate.
Membership and medical insurance
A Vivier membership is not health insurance and does not replace comprehensive medical coverage. We encourage members to maintain health insurance for laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, hospital services, emergency care, and other medical needs outside the scope of the membership.
Membership term and cancellation
- 6-month minimum commitment
- 30 days notice required to cancel, with the final month billed as usual
- Any unused included credits are forfeited
If you cancel before completing 6 months, the balance of the 6-month term is still owed and will be billed.
