Aira Dy is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with an extensive clinical background in perioperative and operating room care. She has cared for patients across robotic, orthopedic, vascular, plastic, spine, and general surgery, working alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary surgical teams.
Her perioperative experience shaped a strong foundation in physiology, procedural medicine, sterile technique, patient safety, and clinical coordination. Working in complex surgical environments also strengthened her ability to remain highly attentive to detail, anticipate patient needs, and respond thoughtfully to changing clinical circumstances.
At Vivier, Aira focuses on longevity medicine, metabolic and body-composition health, medical weight management, hormone and peptide therapy management, IV nutrient therapy, performance, recovery, and regenerative treatment support. She combines comprehensive health assessments, laboratory interpretation, lifestyle evaluation, and ongoing monitoring to develop individualized strategies that evolve with each patient's health, goals, and response to treatment.
As a Founding Partner, Aira helps lead the development of Vivier's longevity programs, clinical workflows, patient education, and ongoing model of care. Working closely with Dr. Rudys, she helps translate complex clinical information into clear, actionable plans that patients can understand and meaningfully incorporate into their lives.
Her approach emphasizes education, accessibility, close follow-up, and sustained patient engagement. She believes patients should understand not only what is being recommended, but why — empowering them to become informed and active participants in their long-term health.
